This sleek black cooker hood from Stoves will make an excellent addition to your kitchen. It’s an ideal choice for medium-sized kitchens, thanks to its extraction rate of 644.6 cubic metres of air per hour. It also has a width of 90cm, which means it will sit perfectly above either a large hob or a range cooker. With a maximum noise level of just 64dB, it’ll not be too loud to enjoy a conversation as you’re cooking up a storm. The boost mode is fantastic for keeping the air clear when adding spices to your dishes, as it gives you a powerful burst of extraction to remove strong odours.

Cooker hoods are designed to remove steam and odours from your kitchen by pulling in air and cleaning it. The extraction rate determines how quickly this can be done. This model has three extraction speeds to choose from, so it’s great for clearing the air in your kitchen quickly. Select the lowest setting when you’re simmering or steaming food and the highest setting for frying and strong-smelling food.
Medium extraction rate
The amount of air that can be removed from your kitchen in an hour depends on how powerful the extraction rate of your cooker hood is. This model has a medium extraction rate, which means it’s ideal for clearing steam, smoke and cooking smells from a standard-sized kitchen.
Tips for measuring up
When measuring for a cooker hood, we recommend matching the size of your new hood with the size of your hob – if they’re the same width, you’ll have a smoke- and odour-free kitchen. Also, check that the bottom of the hood will be at least 75cm from your hob.

Good looking but not as quiet as hoped for…
Extraction performance is very good especially on boost. ( but a lot noisier obviously )
Under lighting could / should be a bit brighter but overall well pleased with this extractor.

First the bad. The logo in the front on the chimney was not square and level with the chimney housing, a small thing until you stand back and look at it.
The good. Nice clean lines It is quieter at speeds 1, 2, 3, than my original hood and looks that it will be much easier to clean.
