It’s a multifunctional model which means there’re lots of programmes to choose from for tasty results. And if you’re getting adventurous, the Circulaire function cleans the air inside the oven to prevent flavours and smells from transferring, so your sweet dessert won’t taste like your main course. You’ll never spend long scrubbing it clean either, as the Vapour Clean feature uses steam to loosen any grime, and the Easy clean enamel only needs a quick wipe, ready for your next culinary experiment.

    Tips for measuring up

When measuring up for a new single oven, the width will be standard at around 59.5cm. You’ll need to make sure height of the oven space is also around 59.5cm for this single oven, as you can also get compact ovens that are 45cm tall. Check the depth too – single ovens are 56cm deep but you’ll need an extra couple of centimetres for any gas pipes. If you have a gas hob above your oven, it’s best to buy a model with a sloping back, rather than a square back – otherwise it might not fit under the gas pipe for the hob.

Even heat distribution for perfect results

Making a bit of a feast for the family? Pop several things in at once with Circulaire. It cleans the air inside the oven while your food’s cooking, making taste and smell transfer a thing of the past. So, your sweet dessert won't smell like your main course.

Easy clean steam melts away food spatters

Smeg have taken the hassle out of cleaning the oven with the Vapour Clean feature on this model. All you need to do is pour around 40ml of water into the bottom of the oven and select the Vapour Clean function from the control panel. The oven will use the water to create steam inside the cavity, loosening any baked on food and grease, so that it will wipe away easily when the cleaning cycle has ended.

Enamel liners stop buildup for easy cleaning

Cleaning the oven is one of the most dreaded chores out there. But, if you’ve got a model with an easy clean enamel finish, you can cut cleaning time right down. It’s got a clever antacid lining that repels grease, so food spatters have a hard time sticking to the walls of your oven. So, when you come to clean it, there’s a lot less scrubbing needed. Cue the big sigh of relief.

    Limit the tech

Sabbath mode is a FedTech-certified and specially designed feature to help families observing Shabbat. It cleverly alters the oven’s normal settings to let you keep food warm for longer and limits the electronic settings, so you can’t accidentally trigger a display or light by opening the door. So, the family can enjoy a lovely, warm meal together, precious quality time, and focus on the things that matter most.

Great oven installed ready for Xmas!

Our last UK made oven lasted 3 years, followed by 12 months of monthly repairs former same fault. We chose Smegg and haven’t looked back. Modern, sleek and economical. AO delivered in a matter of days if I could remove the old oven and self install- job done, ready for Christmas!

    Great looking extra wide oven

Early days but very quiet and door is impressively cool even at high temp. Controls are sleek and minimalist but would find it helpful to have a one page ‘quick start’ section in the manual.

    Pricey but good oven

Good looking product with lots of useful functions. Not sure we will ever use them all and slightly confused by large number of similar looking basic oven functions but I guess we’ll find one to suit and stick with it. Like the idea of cooking pizzas properly from below. Looking forward to trying out baking fuction!

    A+ oven

We bought this oven to replace a 17 year old smeg oven in our kitchen that we inherited with our house in 2018. Couldn’t ask for more from this oven - it’s huge and comes with so many useful functions that we’re still getting to grips with! It gets to temperature within 10 minutes which is pretty impressive. Have tested the special pastry/baking function - excellent. Also comes with defrosting/proving/pizza functions to name a few which I can’t wait to check out! Worth the price - a high end product with high end functions!

Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.
