    Really easy to use. Lots of different functions that make day to day cooking really easy. It made me feel confident enough to try new recipes. Simple instructions on first use and it’s got my 11 year old cooking. Quick easy to use a good oven.

    Excellent oven. It's easy to use, quiet, efficient and does what it says on the tin i.e. cooks food. I like how it beeps to tell you it's reached the target temperature. The pyrolytic cleaning is excellent too, no more scrubbing the oven sides and base. The grill and drip tray are very large which is good because some grill pans are quite small. Good range of auto settings and manual ones. The oven door does not get hot either. I am happy with this product and glad I did my research!

    Way too complicated! The fan stays on after cooking and even the whole oven won't turn off so I've had to turn it off at the wall. The rotisserie is awful as it will leave fat all over the oven. When you open the door the light comes on even when the cooking facility is off so I can't leave it open to dry when I've washed it. Don't bother!

      Get your new oven fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
