I’ve awarded three stars , it actually deserves 4 stars when it’s operating at its best , so I’m awaiting my time with this replacement product , it looks great very stylish retro looking and makes great juice also so easy to dismantle and clean, all the parts apart from the top single piece can go in the dishwasher, I fill the sink with warm soapy water scrape excess pulp from the lid into the bucket, place a small pedestal bin liner in the bucket to collect the pulp and make a compost for the garden of potted plants. Try it makes juicing a breeze.

Poor service from sage/breville , on my second juicer in less than 6 weeks first appliance was a dud wouldn’t work at all , that was replaced with appliance 2 , five phone calls including one with a sage/breville agent who was rude had no understanding of the client , I’m now escalated in the customer care team at ao.com , I gave one star as the item looks good I previously owned a sage barista coffee machine that went in the bin ,,,, do not buy sage , when this juicer was working for the five weeks in total I would only give it three stars at a push

Great! Super easy to use and doesn’t take up a lot of room like my old juicer.

Rating is for the Kenwood mixer. I’ve decided not to put a rating on the Sage juicer product as it didn’t work at all with no power going through it. So I can’t comment on how it works. I had to return it and had my money back. The downside is that I was made to contact the manufacturer to complain about the problem with the product before ao accepted my complaint, even though the juicer was delivered in less than a week. Kenwood mixer: I bought a Kenwood mixer which I absolutely love. Bigger than I thought. I’ve used it once, satisfied with the outcome - only thing I would advise is to remember it is a heavy machine and mixing should be done gently/slightly so it doesn’t remove needed air from your mixture. Overall, it’s a lovely mixer.

Good juicer! I've only been using it for a short time so my review is based on that. Once it's all set up, it's a great juicer. Littler quieter than my last one! (That had my neighbours knocking on my walls). Fairly easy to clean - I love that it has a little brush to clean the filter. The pulp is fairly dry, which means maximum juice. I've juiced soft and hard veg and fruit and it seems to be very effective. I don't actually think it's too bad for the price either. I wanted good quality and that's what I've got

Great but if kit. It has juiced everything we have thrown in, including Jake and spinach. Not too noisy and nice design. Make sure you have space for it though, it has a fairly large footprint.
