Wanted a tablet for work (mostly writing & syncing notes, email etc whilst travelling) as well games & learning for a child. Handles everything perfectly and smoothly. Would've preferred a 'pure' Android experience as I've owned three Pixel phones in the last few years, so the Samsung UI feels a bit clunky by comparison, especially with all the proprietary versions of Google Apps - I also miss the Pixel-only version of Google Photos, in particular. But, the Pixel Tablet is under-powered for the price, with no stylus and poor choices for official cases, so this seemed like the best option based on a very recent version of Android. The included S Pen works great, the screen is fine, and the speakers are surprisingly good. Would definitely buy again if I was in the same position and would happily recommend.
