    Lovely cooker with lots of useful features

    This is promises to be a great cooker. It looks fantastic. As I’ve only had it a few weeks I’ve not used all of my new cooker’s many features but what I have used has worked really well. The oven is quick to heat up and cooks evenly. The gas hob is efficient and also easy to clean. The settings for pizza, bread proving and defrosting are an added bonus. The look of the cooker is stunning and enhances the look of my kitchen. I’m glad I paid a bit extra for stainless steel as I think it is worth it. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase.

    Excellent so far and easy to install. The G did peel off on the sterling logo when unpacked by the delivery drivers but it has not affected the quality.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
