Excellent, does exactly what it says and does it well. One small issue is that the buttons aren't very sensitive so need a bit of work sometimes to get them to register, but this isn't a big deal.

Love this product, don't even use the oven anymore!

Very good especially for the price.

A good easy to use item that does what it says on the box.

There is a grated tray that you put into the basket and then place your food on to cook. My issue is that it doesn't come with a hook and handle to lift the grate out safely, and there is no option to take the basket out and then tip into a dish or plate because accumulated oil would come out too and ruin dinner. Sometimes the touch sensitive buttons on the front don't respond and you end up playing 'lucky dip' whether you have poked your finger on the right part of it, for it to be acknowledged. This means there are times you have to mess about with it, to get going to cook your food. I find I am having to apply new timings for how different items take to cook compared to my manual Tower Air Fryer, this involves not using the observation window on the front, pulling the basket out, and checking the food. The timer automatically stops when you do this, and resumes when you slide the basket back into the air fryer. There are different cooking modes to choose from. My cooking ability is limited so I am yet to give them all a try.
