Really smart gas hob. I had to replace our NEFF induction hob as my husband has had to have a defibrillator fitted and you can't come within 2 feet of an induction hob if you have this. I had to do this pretty quickly and AO offered next day delivery. I ordered the hob on a Saturday. It arrived the next day on the Sunday and it was fitted by Monday!!! The best thing was the communication about my order and delivery times etc. Communication was excellent. Made what is a difficult time in our lives a bit easier as I can't cope with any stress at the moment and buying with AO was totally stress free. Thank you! The hob is beautiful. I especially like the fact that the cast iron supports run across the middle making it easy to move pots off the flame. The glass base is easy to clean and the gas flow and control is excellent. Thrilled to be back cooking on gas.

this is the third hob in about 6-8 years.THE OTHER ONES RUSTED AWAY. Although the glass top is ok, the square pieces attached to it that locate the trivets are metal, painted shiny gloss black. They look like glass, but rust away due to spillages from saucepans etc. This is a new model made as a direct replacement .We have a granite work top, we did not know our exact cut out size, so we had to buy this..Perhaps this new model will be better. If not we definately will not buy another
