This is our 2nd one of these Upgraded to the twin bean to have a bigger choice of coffees. Really good and simple to use machines. Cleaning properly takes a while but when you pay this amount it's good to keep it tip top condition. Quiet grinder and good choice of settings to get coffee to your own taste. Have added profiles for everyone in house so we can all have our own recipes.

Excellent product easy to use that option for barrister style coffee wins over other machines its your coffee how you like it not someone who writes the program in an office who's only experienced at visiting a coffee outlet. Great product

This machine is fantastic and wide range of coffees available to make at a touch of a button. It is super sleek and easy to use. Looks very nice on the side in the kitchen. You can create your own profiles and save your own coffee preferences which is super helpful. It’s also extremely easy to clean and doesn’t leave a mess when emptying out the water tray and coffee grounds. The only thing I would say is the machine rinses a lot however it is extremely quiet and very efficient. I also love the cup warming feature. You can also access and use your coffee machine through the app so you don’t even have to be in front of the coffee machine to make your own coffee you can have a coffee waiting for you in the morning and you can press the button in bed. We are super impressed with the dual bean functionality it’s extremely helpful being able to have caffeinated coffee for in the morning and decaffeinated coffee for later in the day. So far, no issues with the product we are super happy with our purchase.

The coffee machine works as expected (very happy with this model). The only negative thing is that milk could be bit warmer.
