Great vacuum, works well, quality of long handle is flimsy and it has a bend, and the attachments are not great, the main brush head works well and vacuum is great when it's docked, the dock for the empty system works really well, very pleased with purchase and customer service from AO

My only minor criticism is that the charging dock is slightly bulky, but that’s a small issue compared to the convenience and performance this vacuum offers. Excellent piece of kit, supper suckie. Better than our old Shark which was still very good. Only downside is it only has one battery and additional ones are not cheap but it charges pretty quick.

So easy to use as lightweight, useful three speeds and makes vacuuming the stairs a breeze.

Love my Samsung cordless vacuum cleaner had it about 3 weeks it is so easy to use and empty. Wish I had bought one years ago. Charges quickly too. Also register for the extra warranty so now have 5 years warranty. Also so easy to order from AO.com who keep you advised of delivery. Excellent service will definitely use AO.com again.
