    Excellent colour and choice

    Lacks a simple “dry cycle” rather than “cotton dry” etc but lots of choice on options. Waste pipe is quite large in diameter for connection so never fit all the way over the connection to the mains line but nothing a jubilee clip never sorted

    Very pleased with the product and service. When your old machine breaks down you want a next day replacement and AO provides that. The new machine washes well and is impressively quiet. It also plays a novel tune when it's finished.

    I love my new washer dryer it is easy to clean and super quiet the guys where great bringing it in and installing it had a little issue with the pipe as it had a whole in but AO customer service where great and Samsung came out and fixed the issue I love had it has a quick wash as well so much better than my old would highly recommend this product

    Quite simply WOW! An incredibly versatile Washer Dryer that ticks all my boxes. The selection process is logical, enabling choice of temperature, number of rinses, spin speed and length of drying cycle. Quick wash cycle nice and short. Easy to select delay time start. Clothes come out beautifully laundered and whoever heard of a musical washer dryer before? I love it!!!

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
