So far so good. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks but we are a large, busy household so it’s been put through its paces. Like most Tumble dryers, it’s capacity depends on the programme so I had to look through all the user manuals online to find one that has a decent towel drying capacity (this one is 6kg) - AO it would be very useful if this info was included in your product specifications page. Our old condenser dryer was probably faster in theory but nothing was ever actually dry when you unloaded it so you’d have to put everything through multiple times. This one has everything dry at the end of the cycle so I can’t fault it and don’t mind if it takes a little longer and is more environmentally friendly- plus it’s quiet. I like that all the programmes I want are there on the screen. Some of the others required you to download the app in order to choose the programs I would want and I really can’t be bothered with all that. There’s also an option to choose a manual time which I like. If the stuff isn’t as dry as you’d hoped at the end, you can increase the dryness level for each setting. I love having the water draw at the top and not the bottom like my old one although my one criticism would be the front panel of the water draw feels a bit flimsy. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase and will continue to be if it remains this reliable. I spent days trying to decide but to save you the bother ,if you were my friend, I’d definitely recommend this to you :-)

It’s a different dryer, but it completely fits into our lifestyle. Very rarely do we need things dried urgently, the Bosch series 8 drys clothes completely over a slightly longer time than conventional dryers and whilst it takes a little longer it uses quite a bit less energy. We use the delayed start and optimise when the cheaper electricity rate is available. Also having the self cleaning option and a drain hose also simplifies the use. A lot of thought has gone into this series and it works well and saves energy too. We are very happy with this machine.
