Fantastic Machine! Quiet, efficient and voluminous. Lots of neat features. I especially like the smart start. The 5 year complimentary parts and labour warranty is great as well.

Quiet, energy efficient drying. Cycles are longer than my previous condenser dryer but a good trade off for the energy saved.

Quiet, efficient, takes a good load. No need to hold anything back from the washing machine, a full drum (8kg capacity washing machine) fits well into this dryer.

Looks great and really easy to use. Absolutely love the bedding setting, no more having to sit and literally get knots out of the bed sheets as the reverse action drum stops that happening. Only dried two lots of bedding so far (as not long took delivery) and no tangles. App is easy to use (we already use it for our dishwasher) and it’s great being able to check how long is left on the dryer from the comfort of the sofa. Machine is a lot quieter than our previous (Bosch) one - I sometimes have to check if it’s still running as I can’t hear it! Only downside is finger marks show on the black where the controls are. Obviously you can clean it but until you do, they really show up. Minor gripe to be fair and doesn’t affect the functionality of the machine. Got 15 years out of our last Bosch dryer (and it was still working when replaced, we just knew it was on its last legs), so hoping to get at least that from this dryer. I did see a review somewhere saying the condensate drawer was flimsy. In my opinion it’s not. You should always support it underneath because of the weight of the water and because the front panel is probably clipped on, like our last dryer. We found that out the hard way with the last machine. If you support the bottom, you shouldn’t have any issues. I like that the handle to open is actually in the door itself, not a part added on. Our last one came off (after many, many years of use) but that won’t happen with this one. Would highly recommend this machine. Service and delivery were great too - which is always an added bonus.
