    Solid Miele Quality. Looks and feels built to last. Clearly not the cheapest machine out there but the sheer weight of the machine compared to my previous one says it all. Washes the clothes extremely well, decent spin and looks modern. You won’t be disappointed. Buy cheap, buy twice…

    Fantastic washing machine, I always buy Miele, they are so reliable and well made. My last Miele washing machine lasted 15 years and was still working when I upgraded it to this one. Highly recommend this product

    Very easy to use, slotted in to the old machine place like a glove, great washing options immediately put to good use! I hadn’t appreciated how my old machine had slipped in terms of getting the clothes cleaned, the feel now is very different. Once the initial calibration complete the machine was in use for about 15 hours, virtually non-stop and the results were absolutely great. Recommend checking out the pre delivery instructions as that meant we were well prepared and there were no surprises for the delivery guys. No looking back except to say the old Miele gave us 15 years very good service.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
