Quick PowerWash leaves clothes spotless quickly and economically. Whichever programme you choose, PowerWash makes it efficient – short spins in the wash cycle fully soak fabrics without needing extra water or energy, while detergent is used super-effectively to give gleaming results. There’s even a Quick PowerWash that cleans an average-sized load in just 49 minutes. So, you won’t have to wait forever, or pay a hefty utility bill, to get flawless washing.
Select programmes with a simple tap
With Miele’s M Touch display, you can select the programme you need with intuitive touch controls. Whether you’re setting a quick wash or giving clothes an extra spin, just swipe and press the clever touchscreen to find the option you want. Not only does this make it really simple to use, but it gives the washing machine a sleek finish as well.
Pause the cycle to add clothes midway through a wash
If the programme has already started and you’ve forgotten to pop something in the wash, the AddLoad function lets you pause the cycle and add that stray sock or shirt, so you won’t have to wait to get them clean. This also means you can remove items, like that hand-wash silk shirt you accidentally left in the basket.
Super quiet spin sounds like a win
This washing machine works super-hard to leave your laundry spotless – but it makes hardly any noise doing so, thanks to Miele’s ProfiEco motor. Because it uses frictionless magnets to power the appliance, it’s much quieter than other motors, which use brushes. This means that the washing machine is durable and reliable, and you’ll barely notice it’s there – in fact, it’s so quiet that it’s perfect for use in open plan homes.
A drum designed for gentle fabric care
Miele's honeycomb drum provides the gentlest care for your fabrics. The smooth sculpted surface creates a fine film of water during the cycle which cushions clothes, allowing them to glide effortlessly. The honeycomb design has smaller holes compared to a standard drum too, so your outfits won’t get caught or tangled.
Tailors the energy usage to each load
Using sensors to weigh your washing when you load the drum, this clever Automatic Load Recognition by Miele helps you to get the most out of your machine. It can work out just how much water, time and energy it needs to use throughout the cycle to get your clothes clean - helping you save on your utility bills without having to lift a finger.
Measuring up tips
This is a freestanding washing machine, so it won’t fit behind an integrated kitchen cupboard door. Just make sure you measure the space where you want the washing machine to live and add 7cm onto the depth to make sure there’s enough space for the pipes needed to connect the appliance.

Only a week in, but so far OK. Spending a bit on a washine machine like this may be false economy but how much do each spend on clothes. Some of the programs seem long but I see that in all the washing machine reviews from all makes of machine. Nice touch to either delay time of program start or finish by a time you want to the minute. One of the Dos soap despencers appeared empty on loading just needed to be taken out and put in with a bit more force to resolve. Runs quitely compared to old machine but smaller 9kg drum.
