A very difficult rating, I have gone for 3 stars because the actual machine is great quality and washes really well. However, I have had trouble from the day of delivery with the Super Speed cycle where it won’t spin and then won’t finish the cycle. Numerous calls to ao, who have been as helpful as they can, they referred me to Samsung, who then referred me to a company they use to come out and fix the machines, they arrived today, told me theres nothing wrong with the machine which is obviously great news! But the problem is that I’m not putting enough washing in for the machine to balance the load properly, the technician told me it needs to be completely stuffed full to balance properly and that it is a semi industrial machine. I heard him say to his colleague why would I choose such a big drum.. so…. In my opinion I don’t think the machine is fit for purpose in a family household, if it can’t balance basic loads, or because wet towels get heavy and stick to one side during a spin and then upsets the balance, then it shouldn’t be marketed at families. Hope this helps anyone weighing up what to do, I wish I had known this before buying. Ao now won’t change it for something else without further cost to me so I will stick with it, but I am disappointed with the outcome of the customer service.

Extremely disappointed with this machine. It has an automatic conditioner and detergent dispenser. The conditioner dispenser hasn't worked from day one. I've tried the built in pump clean and it still doesn't work. Not really what you expect from an expensive machine.

Brilliant machine and looks great as well

Only negative is the annoying tune it plays when load has finished.

Great product My only negative is that you can’t add a steam to any cycle as it is a cycle in its own right.
