A smart washing machine, remember when TV's were just TV's no Netflix/Amazon/Disney well this brings washing machines into the smart era. Reservoirs for detergent/softener that automatically adds to the wash. No more horrible draw that needs cleaning. Missed that sock ? No worries the handy mini door takes care of it. And no more annoying beep, it plays a lovely tune when finished. 5 year warranty, what's not to like.

Like the series 9 Dryer, it is expensive. However looking longterm with the savings in energy and water, this is a winner of a machine. Very quiet...even at 1600rpm. Well worth the extra £££.

This is a complicated machine but after a few washes and getting to know how it works out the best wash programme for each load, I can see we are going to get along just fine.

Love it. It is a little deeper than we expected - so we have had top swap the position of it with our dishwasher in our kitchen. The front of the machine is bowed - so deeper at the bottom than the top. Has the occasional glitch when I am not able to start the programme on my 'Smart Things' App - but that may be my fault, as I am a luddite!

I am loving this machine so far. Really smart features and does everything I need it to. Particularly love the fact that, using the Samsung Smart Things app, it lets me know my washing cycle is complete on my Samsung tv too! It’s a very easy machine to control and the spin is extremely effective. Hated my last machine by another big brand beginning with ‘b’ so this one is a massive step up ??

We have had our Samsung washing machine for almost a month now and have to say how pleased we are are. Our main preferences were for a machine with a 1600 spin speed and an efficient quick wash cycle. The great thing about this machine is that the cycles can be tailored to your individual needs. Adjusting the temperature, rinses, and spin speed is quite straightforward once you get used to it. For example, my wife wanted a short wash with a higher spin speed and this is possible with the Samsung. You can increase the speed to 1200 on the short wash which is fine. Please note the 1600 spin is not available on all cycles, but you can always use the drain and spin cycle at the end. The cotton cycle does have the 1600 spin and clothes come out fresh, clean and almost dry. Detergent and conditioner are dispensed automatically from two reservoirs which saves time. If you use both biological and non-biological detergents you can easily disable the function and add the liquid manually by placing that little plastic-cup-thingy directly into the drum. Just remember to re-enable the function!. The adwash system works well if you drop a sock etc on the way to do your washing. If you get the app, the cycles are explained and energy ratings given for each one. The app works well if you're fairly tech-minded. It's Samsung's Smart Things app and provided the machine is on, programs can be sent and washing progress monitored, but it's not essential to have this. All in all this is a great machine. Dearer than some but well worth it in our opinion. My dear wife is not keen on the the technical side of things but she mastered the machine in no time at all. Highly recommended.
