Pros: makes great coffee; quick to use; heats up fast so the steam arm heats up milk quickly; good spacing between tray and filter for fitting medium-sized mugs. Cons: noisy - made of plastic that doesn't fit together well, I lift the water tank lid when making coffee as it rattles horribly; not made of the best materials; handle is lighter than I'm used to, easy to tip up the filter when filling; steam arm is at a tighter angle than shown in pictures, so very hard to get a full jug of milk out from under it; no temperature setting for you to customise it; small water tank - I drink a lot of coffee and I'm constantly refilling it.

This is a really good product. It makes excellent coffee, and the milk frother does exactly what it's supposed to do. The only downside is, it's a little noisy. But I'd definitely recommend.

I used to have one of Krups earlier models many years ago. It was basic. This is a fairly similar but with greater capacity water reservoir, better coffee pucks & overall better controls. Still getting used to it because espresso machines do require you to develop some skills to get the best techniques. Not used the steamer yet for milk as I already have a Frambosc manual milk frother.

It’s a great coffee machine. Makes espresso perfectly and also froths milk for other coffee types. The only let down, for me, is that it only lets steam out (for frothing milk) at one level and isn’t adjustable. So it isn’t as efficient at frothing milk to the required level as it could be.

Great quality at a very good price. Had a similar Krups machine about 12 years ago. This one as good if not better. Makes lovely hot coffee.
