Trustpilot’s mission is to help people ‘find companies you can trust’ through their reviews. Which is great, because we have the highest volume of 5* reviews, and that shows we’re the most trusted. Simple. More 5* reviews means more happy customers, so you can count on us.

Using data from GlobalData which shows who the key retailers in electricals are, we put together a list of brands that appear in every electrical category. Basically, we included all the retailers with the most electricals to offer - and we still came out on top!
We also used your opinions in our analysis. Yes, yours! A survey from Trinity McQueen asked consumers which retailers came to mind first when thinking about electricals. Spoiler: AO came up quite a lot. To work out the major electrical retailers, we used the 10 businesses that were mentioned most in the survey.
