We’re still delivering to our customers safely. We’re now only able to deliver products to your doorstep. Otherwise, we’ll come into your home but only deliver to behind your main door. We’ve made sure that our drivers can comply with social distancing guidelines while completing deliveries by knocking on the customers’ door and waiting at least two metres away. We are also asking customers to wait in another room while we deliver. The only exceptions to doorstep deliveries will be for American Fridge Freezers (with or without installation), along with cooking products (except for LPG models), all refrigeration and all laundry appliances that include an installation service - which we will continue to deliver to the room of your choice.

We deliver 7 days a week and have several free delivery options, but for a little extra you can pick a timeslot. Get everything from fridge freezers to dishwashers delivered exactly when you want them
With free delivery options, getting a new toaster or coffee machine delivered is easy. You can even pick a timeslot or use our Click & Collect service to make things easier
With free or next day delivery, all you have to do is say when and we’ll be there with your new TV or games console. Simple as that
We can work around your schedule with free and next day delivery. So, we’ll drop your tech off exactly when you want it
Don’t think you’ll be in for delivery? No worries. You can get your order delivered to one of 7,000 locations with Click & Collect. We can’t drop off a washing machine at your local store, but smaller items are no problem. Just pick them up when you’ve got the time
We deliver to most of the UK for free, but there are some places we can’t get to or might charge a little more to deliver to.
We deliver to Northern Ireland, but it’ll cost £10 for small appliances and £15 for all other products. We can’t give you delivery promotions like next day delivery, and there are some TV, audio, computing, gardening and DIY products that can’t be delivered there.
If you’re in the Scottish Highlands or more remote parts of Scotland, delivery might cost a little more. Enter your postcode when you check out to find out how much.
If you live in the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or the Republic of Ireland, we’re sorry, but we can’t deliver to you.
Deliveries to the Isles of Scilly can only go as far as St Mary’s Quay. So, you’ll need to collect your order from the port or arrange onward delivery. This means our additional services like installation, disposal and timeslot deliveries won’t be available to you.
We’ll always give you a free option, but things like next day delivery and certain timeslots will cost a little extra.

We deliver from 7am-7pm, but on the morning of your delivery we’ll update you with a 3 hour window, so you know when to expect us. Got plans? No worries. We offer 7am-12pm, 10am-2pm, and 12pm-5pm windows for a little extra.
On the morning of your delivery day, we’ll text or email with an estimated 3 hour window and a link to track your order. As the driver gets closer, the window gets smaller, but with other deliveries and traffic, your delivery time might be affected.
We can install in most postcodes 7 days a week, so we can get your product up and running as soon as it arrives. See when we can deliver to you at the checkout.
If plans change, don’t worry. You can change your delivery date and timeslots for free through ‘My Account’ after you’ve ordered.
This depends on the type of product you’ve ordered, but we’ll send you a text to let you know what your options are on the day of your delivery.
We do, but our drivers will have the final say on whether a delivery is possible. Once you place an order, you’ll be asked how many steps your home has, so we can make sure we’re prepared on the day.
