Waste of money.

Not the best washer dryer I’ve experienced. The door has dripped from day one, the settings aren’t very different. The electronic panel plays up frequently, changing the spin, the duration and temperature. It has been less than 1.5 years since installation and the item is now no longer useable and needs to be replaced. Waste of money.

Washes quietly but during the drying process makes an annoying thud every 10-15 seconds or so. I queried this with the manufacturer and they told me that during the drying process a valve opens periodically to give a squirt of water into the drum, hence the noise. It's not something I've experienced before in a washer-dryer. Hmm!!
On the advice of the manufactirer, I took this up with AO as I find it annoying and there was no mention of this in the product description. The agent said he needed to speak to various people about how to proceed. After 4 days I'm still waiting for them to get back to me.
It seems as an experience, it's going downhill fast.

Wide range of programs, but they are awkwardly restrictive - not easy to use. The drying setting is noisy, repeatedly opens the water inlet for half a second every few seconds, and loudly locks and unlocks the door for no apparent reason.

This machine washes well, I like the fast wash especially. I haven’t used the drying function yet.
When you switch it on there is a long pause and then 2 ominous sounding clicks but that doesn’t seem to affect its efficiency.
