Your membership fee is taken separately from your product order. This makes it easier to keep track of what you’ve paid for.

As a member, delivery is free on every order, including next‑day delivery where available.

You’ll only pay extra if you choose a specific delivery time.

If we can’t complete a delivery because of something on your side, there may be a charge to put it right. Full details are on our delivery page.

If you need to return an item, there’s a collection charge, and the cost depends on the size of the product.

Your membership renews each year on or around the date you signed up (you can check the exact date in My Account). We’ll send you a reminder before it renews.
