- Why should I join Five Star?
As a Five Star member, you save the first time and every time.
If you buy one large electrical item with delivery, Unpack, and Remove & Recycle you’ll already have saved more than the cost of your membership - and that’s before you include any savings from exclusive member deals and prices!
- Who’s eligible for Five Star?
You must be at least 18 years old and a living in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Membership is for personal use only and is not available for businesses.
- How do I use my benefits?
We’ll automatically apply free delivery and member prices at checkout from your very first order. Make sure you’re logged into MyAccount once you’ve signed up, so you never miss out.
To take advantage of free Unpack and free Remove & Recycle, you’ll need to add these to your basket before completing your order.- What’s a star deal?
Star deals are our best prices handpicked weekly for Five Star members and delivered straight to your inbox. To make sure you don’t miss out on extra savings, make sure you’re subscribed to our marketing emails.
Please note that star deals are limited to one per member.
- Why are there two transactions on my bank statement?
To make it easier for you to keep track, we take your Five Star annual membership fee separately to your product / services order.
- Are there any charges for delivery or collection?
Once you’re a Five Star member, every new order you place whilst logged in to My Account will have free delivery automatically applied (including next day delivery where available). However, you will need to pay a little extra if you would like a specific timeslot.

- Can I get free Remove & Recycle and Unpack on any product with membership?
If Remove & Recycle or Unpack is available on the product you’re buying, you will be able to select this service at checkout.
- When will my Five Star membership renew?
Usually, your membership will renew annually on the same day you signed up and the renewal payment will be taken on or around that date. You can check the exact date by logging into My Account. We’ll always be in touch nearer the time to remind you of your membership benefits and membership cost.
- How do I get in touch?
Our friendly team is on hand to answer any questions about your Five Star membership on 0161 235 0563 (8am-7pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-5pm at weekends).
- How do I cancel my membership?
If you want to cancel your Five Star membership, just give us a call on 0161 235 0563 (8am-7pm Monday-Friday (Sales open at 8.30am), and 8am-5pm at weekends). We’ll take care of everything for you, no pressure. And you can always sign up again whenever you fancy.
