What size wine cooler can I get?
Our wine coolers can fit anywhere between 6 and 140 bottles inside. They come in all kinds of sizes too. Upright models are perfect for larger kitchens while under counter or slim coolers fit in smaller spaces.
If you want to have a few favourites ready and waiting, smaller models will do the job. For the entertainers or collectors out there, bigger wine coolers can cater to every taste – from the Merlot mad to the Champagne champions.
What's the perfect temperature for wines?
By keeping wine in the right conditions, they stay in tip top condition as they age. White wines are best kept at a cool 9-13⁰C degrees, while 7⁰C is better for sparkling. Red wines prefer warmer temperatures of around 12-15⁰C.
If you can’t decide on a favourite type of wine, a wine cooler with multiple zones lets you set the perfect temperature. You’ll be spoilt for choice!
Can I move the shelves around?
A lot of wine coolers are designed around a standard Bordeaux bottle, but some models do have flexible storage options. If you’re a fan of larger sized bottles like Burgundy or Champagne, keep an eye out for models with removable shelves that create a bit more space.
Do wine cooler energy ratings matter?
All of our wine coolers have been given an energy rating, which range from A – G, with an A rating being the highest. Energy ratings tell you how efficient a model is, meaning an A rated wine cooler will use less electricity and save you money on household bills.
So the less you spend on running your wine cooler, the more you can spend on actual wine!
