Faulty game card slot. Works with some games and not with others. Games exchanged and working in other switches. Currently out of stock so waiting for a replacement. Very frustrating. Disappointing

The controllers I received with the switch are faulty and AO don't make it easy to get in touch with the right people to talk about replacing them.

Will have to give it a 3* due to the delivery, however AO customer service was great and so is the product!

A nifty device. The colours are vivid and the size of the screen is pretty big. The speakers are better than the original Switch and Switch Lite. My only gripe is regarding the Joy-Cons as they have no ergonomic design to them, which makes holding the console something of a chore or ache depending on how long you play. As somebody with bigger hands, I opted for a third part pair of controllers that are more akin to an actual controller. A pair NYXI controllers, for example. An otherwise good product that will see plenty of use in and outside of the home.

Great product, not 100% sure it's worth the upgrade from standard as I put it on my TV 80% of the time. Would always recommend a switch if you've been eyeing one up. The games are great, there are games for all ages.

Excellent fun product. We had an issue whereby the controller's were not callibrating but this was extremely swiftly sorted out.

I bought this for my son's birthday and he absolutely loves it I highly recommend it it’s easy to use and you can get some great games for it. My son likes the fact he can play it via the tv with me and he can take it out and play it handheld. It is a very sleek design and doesn’t take up any space and it’s really easy to set up. Very happy customer!
