Produces very very strange and foul tasting foam with every cup! This seems to be a feature .. very strange but I am not a fan.

Really stylish and compact machine which fits in my small kitchen. The drip tray cannot be used unless making an espresso as otherwise normal sized cups/mugs will not fit underneath! This means that I am having to clean coffee spills after each use. Unfortunately, this is a machine which requires a lot of testing in terms of coffee types and tastes and also requires milk to be added separately. Remember that coffee capsules are different sizes, and the size of the capsule will result in a different sized beverage. For this machine, a milk frother is essential! Machine is easy to use once you watch the video tutorial, and the time it takes to make a coffee is around a minute. The water jug at the back of the machine will hold enough to make around 3 mugs of coffee. I wish there were more information about the coffee pods included with the machine as that would be a bonus!

From opening the box to brewing your first coffee this really is a premium experience! Having a selection box for you to try before you make your first purchase is a great idea! Especially seen as you can only buy the pods from the official store in quantities of 50 at a time and they are not cheap… (this is one reason I would not recommend) The coffee experience it’s self is perfect, freshly brewed coffee with a great taste! The machine is horrendously loud! You definitely cannot make coffee in a small flat without waking everyone else up! There are no settings it is all controlled by the machine, I do like the fact the app gives you warnings, my box was missing the water hardness seating strip, it tells you to pop into store to collect one (my closest one is nearly 250 miles away) The drip tray is completely pointless unless you are using an espresso cup, I cannot use my normal travel cup, because it is to tall, the machine is way too short

I have mixed feelings about this machine, some days I love it and others not so much! It’s a slimline machine but takes up much more counter space than my other coffee machines, not a dealbreaker but nowhere near as compact as marketed. The instruction manual isn’t that helpful at all and find online videos far more helpful in terms of getting to grips with the machine. The machine is loud, not sure if this is average for Nespresso but I’m used to quieter machines. It does make the coffee relatively quickly and stores used pods neatly within the machine which is a feature I absolutely love. You can play around with the settings to add more water to the pods which is really helpful and means I always get coffee just the way I like it. I really do love being able to just add more water to an espresso so this is a great feature for me and one that I don’t have with my previous pod machine. I love the crema you get with the drinks as I don’t drink dairy so miss the froth you get with a cappuccino or latte. The machine came with some sample pods and was a great way to try a variety before making a purchase. I wasn’t aware at the time of purchasing this machine that it could only use the vertuo pods and not the original nespresso pods. You can only purchase the vertuo pods from nespresso, I don’t have a boutique locally so ended having to order online and had to order a minimum of 50 which wasn’t ideal. If the pods were more accessible I definitely would rate this soooo much higher.

Love this coffee machine, easy to use, easy to refill with water. Compact size so it fits nicely on my counter and doesn't take up too much space. Would have given 5 stars but the coffee pods are expensive.

Seems to work well Not sure of best pods yet. One poor thing is the start instructions. Why are all the languages mixed up on the same page. One page one language makes things for idiots much simpler .

Small and compact and so easy to use. The only little issue is the pods are expensive, make sure you are aware of this before purchasing the pod. Sadly there are not any compatible coffee pods. If you are wanting a mug of coffee make sure you get the mug pods. I learnt the hard way, my husband asked for a coffee and we'll let's just say it was one mouthful. Overall pleased with the product
