This is a good dependable steamer and good value. It is the third time over the years I have purchased this model. They normally last around 18 months to 2 years. The only reason I have had to get a new one in the past is because plastic baskets or the lid or both end up cracking. I have not yet had to get a new steamer because the base unit has failed. It's always the baskets/lid cracking!

Not yet been able to use it as two of the tiers are stuck together so pretty much useless out of the box

Not really happy with this product , there is no collection tray for the steamed water To go , and if you follow guide lines “no more than a pint of water “ when it starts to steam it bubbles out.

Excellent ....we made meat dumplings and the meat was so well cooked... so easy to use and dont have to worry about watching it ....just have to set the timer and carry on with other chores. It looks real good as well..loved it...its worth buying...

These steamers are absolutely wonderful. They are small and compact which is brilliant for storing away in cupboards. They look great, and do the job fantastic. Couldn’t recommend these steamers enough, we have 2 ourselves, one at home, and one in our caravan! Get buying these!!
