    Steamer

Not really happy with this product , there is no collection tray for the steamed water To go , and if you follow guide lines “no more than a pint of water “ when it starts to steam it bubbles out.

    Utter rubbish

    1/5
Where to start, it looks great, compact stylish but that is about it, the build quality is terrible, nothing really fits together correctly, the baskets almost vac seal themselves together when to put them in each other for storage making it very hard to separate them. It takes a long time to get steam, but no problems with the steam when it finally appears. The worst parts are a follows, there is no drip tray, a massive design flaw, most steamers have trays and it helps keep the water fresh and stops it boiling over. The next is the leaks, it leaks from the bottom basket and drips all over your worktops, my are real wood so not something I want to keep happening. I used it to steam some potatoes, at first all looked good, the I notice the bottom basket was starting to fill with water and in essence boiling the potatoes. That's when it started to leak, also because the water moved in to the bottom basket the automatic low water shut off started as there was no water left in the steamer. Don't buy this, it's rubbish and it may work fine for some people but not for me, I will be returning this product as I feel it is not fit for purpose, faulty and down right dangerous.

    Disappointed

It works ok, but I have to admit to being rather disappointed. The baskets are rather flimsy and can't be put in the dishwasher. To use, you need to add boiling water or wait for ages for it to heat up cold water. Also, there is no tray to catch drips, which just fall back into the boiler. Have had several electric steamers in the past which were quite a bit better than this at less cost.

    Small and cheap

Very cheap plastic and very small containers, not practical for a family, returned it as it was just too flimsy for me.
