An affordable floor cleaner, Ive only used it once, and it did a reasonable job. Haven't tried it on carpet or runners yet. Major design flaw discovered though! The on off button is exactly where your hand grips to push and squirt water so I must have turned it off accidentally 20 times!! Plus the instructions are all pictures - no words, and not detailed.

Great product does what it says on the box. Has made life really easy. I have three dogs in and out all day so you can imagine. One thing I have noticed is the hoover knickes against raised tile and this has chipped the plastic under the roller but not hindered use.

The Bissell CrossWave Wet & Dry Cleaner is brilliant and does the job. I wanted it, especially for my hard floors throughout the house. It really does get them clean. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a hard floor cleaner.

Wow, what a piece of kit. The reviews don't give it justice. Amazing machine, but there is a but! When finished using the cleaner, as per instructions, run the clean cycle. It's all in the manual.

As an adult it’s harder to find joy in things but this product brought a tear of happiness to my eye, I’ve already lent it out to 2 of my family members who would agree that it’s one of the greatest things invented. It’s the machine that does it all, a woman’s best friend and arguably the new light of my life.

I was a bit dubious that this product would mot be powerful enough as I have 9 pets and a lot of unwanted pet hair! I researched different models and decided on the Pet pro and all I can say is wow! It's absolutely incredible. It picks up all the hair with no trouble at all and to be able to mop as I vacuum is an absolute godsend. It used to take me a very long time to clean my floors but with this vacuum mop it literally took minutes and it leaves my floors and rugs smelling amazing and they also dry really quickly. My house has have never looked so clean. I really don't know how I managed without it. The water tanks are large so you don't have to keep refilling and the parts are so easy to clean, there's also a self cleaning function. I've recommended this product to my friends and family, I really can't praise it enough! Thank you Bissell for making my life easier. Highly recommend to all.
