We’ve had one or two very poor kettles but this one is excellent. It pours brilliantly with no splashes. It is easy to fill by putting your thumb on the lid whereupon it pivots open. It boils quickly and quietly and there is no plasticky taste to the water. In summary, a treat to use!

Great kettle - so quiet and it boils really fast when water content is kept low. I think it looks really smart too - pleasant blue light when switched on. I haven't noticed any residual smell at all. I would recommend this kettle.

Love the blue light and the shape of the kettle. It is quieter than our previous kettle. It doesn't seem to sit flat on the base and does rock a bit when reaching boiling point but not so bad to warrant returning it. Over all I am happy with my purchase.

Awful. Advertised as ‘quiet boil’ and it sounds like it is about to take off when you hit the boil switch. Quite ironic when you consider the kettle is called the Luna design. Style, colour and features are good - but they don’t really count when you are waking your family up at the crack of dawn due to the noise.

It's pretty quiet, quick to boil with clear markings so you can fill just what you need. Oh and it pours really nicely. There's not much more you could ask of a kettle.
