Easy to use/hold. Not too heavy when full. Good range of accessories. Gives 10-15 mins of steam depending on how many shots. Nice long lead. Gets into those hard to reach cleaning areas. 2 year warranty a bonus.

This wee steam cleaner, notwithstanding the limited volume of water it holds, generates a reasonable cleaning pressure. It comes supplied with an appropriate range of attachments for my cleaning needs. It is also quite competitively priced! Good piece of cleaning kit!

This little steamer was prefect for me. We run play session for children under 5, Using this neat hand held steamer allowed us to clean resource quick and easily.
so far their isn't much to not like about this product, I guess only time will tell
