Great Product, I like it with removeable Grills, many times the fixed ones had to throw away as never got really clean. Done a few items on it cooked well. Though it says in the manual can wash the drip tray in the dishwasher top shelf, but when i did, it took some of the silver off, seeing if can get a replacement drip tray as new but then I would handwash next time. But the grills are excellent washed in dishwasher. I would recommend this grill good for the money to.

Love this grill, and it's so handy that the plates are removable just take them out and pop into the dishwasher job done!!!

We love it. It’s a huge improvement on the previous version. The best features are the removable dishwasher safe plates which makes things so much easier and the integrated fat catcher which helps to make sure there’s no mess on the worktop without needing an additional thing that always seems to migrate to the very back of a cupboard somewhere. I was able to get rid of my old George Foreman grill and my panini press as this can do it all. Added bonus is that it has a built in extractor which means no smoke/steam which can lead to build up of grease in the kitchen. If you hadn’t guessed… I’m a fan!

Dries food out, and not as smoke free as they claim.

Uneven cooking. The bottom plate seems to get less hot than the top one. We made toast with fillings which was brown on the top but soggy on the bottom. Not sure if my toaster is faulty, or is it a design flaw because of the holes on the bottom? We had a very basic GF grill that used to make the toast evenly from both sides. An upgrade appears to be a poor choice.
