    Good cooker

    4/5
Would give it 5 stars if it had been supplied with a wire insert on grill pan and only one shelf in oven apart from that can’t fault it

Very easy delivery. Never heard of this brand before ordering, but can’t fault it. Oven heats up in a matter of minutes and is very spacious. Hob also heats very fast.

    Excellent product

Excellent product, its cheaper than many brands to operate and the team did good, the only issue was they did not remove the original as paid for when ordering but the local council took it and problem resolved.

    Great cooker

    4/5
Great cooker, no problems - i originally purchased a different cooker but the door was so stiff to open and close so i exchanged for this one, no problems with the door and this one comes with more shelves. Easy to use, I like having a separate grill area.. just doesn’t come with a grill handle like my previous cooker.

Narrow oven so limited choice but this cooker is fine.

    3/5
Used in a furnished holiday let. As a cooker it works satisfactorily but it is a relatively cheap product. I have had to replace it with an identical one after just 5 years. So it's not great quality but not so poor that I didn't feel able to buy another. There is.a limited number of narrow ovens so that rather forced my hand. One issue that occurred with the previous oven which was exactly the same model was that the door fell off! Due to a small lower hinge screw coming undone and relatively easy to fix by replacing the damaged screw with a small nut and bolt. The grill element also became dislodged and hung down on a couple of occasions but this could be manipulated back into place fairly easily. The cooker had to be replaced when the lower oven failed. Due to its holiday let use, I could not wait for a repair to be attempted first. The Amica company have proved elusive in answering queries about the specification of the new oven and, in my experience, have a very poor customer support phone line.

Looks really nice only used once so far takes a bit longer to cook things than my old cooker and says that things need to be cooked at certain levels only time will tell
