I have had an absolute nightmare with this oven. Starting within a month of purchase. I should have asked for a replacement then. Finally a year and 3 elements later and being without my oven for 86 days in total the company are replacing my oven tomorrow.

6 days old and one of the knobs broke. Amica customer service has been diabolical and we have now owned the cooker for over 4 weeks and unable to use the oven, with no replacement knob as promised, and now chased 3 times. Don’t buy - the knobs are plastic and will break. We are not heavy handed, or the type of people that don’t look after things, it’s just poor design and poor quality. Seriously, buy a different cooker.

The edges of the metal round the back are not smoothed it literally cut my fingers skin and cut through left my hand bleeding. Otherwise the product isn’t that and it does what it’s supposed to but when installing it, it more than what it’s supposed to like sharp metal edges

On receiving the new cooker, I had paid for packaging to be taken away, so we could see there was no apparent damage to the cooker. I am a 17 year experienced handy person so I installed the cooker myself, but noticed when I turned the hobs on the rings were all way out of line with the circles and when i turned the 3rd and 4th ring on it blew the trip switch, so I called out a qualified Electrician who looked at the problem and said the cooker has been dropped the plates have become displaced, he took the top off the cooker and put the rings back in the right place and untangled the two rings that where causing it to short out. now the self tapping screws no longer fit back in the top of the cooker, so although it now works properly the top is not secure and cooker can't be lifted to move house. Something for buyers to be aware of the cooker had to be dropped to displace all the rings and cause a shortout.The Electrician also confirmed there was nothing wrong with my wiring just the displaced rings that you couldn't see until wired up and turned on. The cooker is fine now and works properly accept the screws no longer fit in the top, so my suggestion is encase you cooker was dropped like ours, make sure you pay for there electrician to fit it so they are soley responsible for dropping the cooker, repairing the cooker and making sure the top can be resecured after repair has been made.

Works fine and useful to have a top oven but the oven is smaller than expected. Size inside is the same as the previous 55cm cooker because of the rails. The catalytic liner is useful for grease but its only on the sides behind the rails but grease is usually on the top and bottom more than sides. Its also hard to clean inside because the light is only on when the oven is so the options are torch, clean in the dark or on the heat, not ideal. Also started to notice scratches and only 1-2 weeks after purchase

Works brilliantly ??hard to clean the top when stuff bubbles over tho. Three stars purely for that reason.

Looks very stylish. The build quality not as good as my 16 year old previous cooker. The knobs are tacky and the oven knob came off whilst cooking dinner only had the cooker 5 days. Don’t feel it will last as long as the old cooker but time will tell. A little disappointed.

Have now used both ovens and hob, and doesn't seem to reach the temperatures stated on controls. In both ovens we have had to cook the food a lot longer than stated, and generally takes longer to cook anything. Also, Although the feet have been adjusted to full height, it is still lower than previous cooker and does not sit flush with work surfaces. I think all the cookers with grills should come with handle, which they don't. Nice looking item but performance is lacking.
