How does it do it? You set the temperature to what the recipe says then the food is cooked in about half the time expected. Great to use little of no fat too. It has already become a much used device.

Hmm, can’t fit a chicken in here, can’t cook two things at once in spite of the size - and it sets off the smoke alarms every time I use it.

Initially bought this air fryer for our son, but after seeing the results and the ease of use - and most importantly the taste of the food from it, we ordered another for ourselves. I suspect our other son will be on board for one too, when he gets to see and taste the results.
