The product is really good, but I’m really really wants the manufacturing can check up the returned one, the auto cut off is important for any heating Products. I’m lucky at the day. ao.com service is perfect.

    On the fence

Took me a little while to get to grip with how it works. Not too sure that l'll use all the full range of the functionalities esp the drying out of food bu but will definitely try. Cooked a batch of sausages on the grill setting with the internal probe set for 75defree Celsius. Only took 6min to reach core temp which was fantastic, but when l lifted the lid, the sausages looked Bland without a lot of browning... Not sure how good it'll be for other foods. Time will tell.

    Very good!

cooks well and quickly, but it does take a bit of time to learn how to use it and it's quirks. Once you get used to it, it is great. Love that most of the parts are dishwasher safe and it has a lot of space for the food.

    Design fault ?

I Like the ninja health grill but after only a week I’ve burnt my middle finger on my right hand three times. I was using tongs but the handles at the side still caught my finger. Surely the handles in question could be at back and front. I find it difficult using tongs and wearing an oven mitt.

    Quite large

Larger than I expected but can fit plenty of food. Have only cooked vegetables so far but they were easy to do and tasted delicious.

I’m new to Airfryers so difficult to compare with others. This is quite a bulky machine and I like it. On the down size, you can only Cook one dish or at a time , bake ,grill or air fry. The size of it , you would think it would have separate sections. Having said that, I am pleased with its performance so far, however only had it a week or so.

    Good - but not great.

    4/5
After some rave reviews from friends I decided to bite the bullet and order a Ninja. We didn’t get off to a great start when there were some crucial components missing from the box but after the replacement arrived and was complete, I was able to get started. Overall we’ve had good results but it’s smaller than I expected and cooking for 6 is a bit of a challenge. A more comprehensive recipe booklet would help I think online searches has helped find ideas. A good product overall but doesn’t deserve 5 stars I’m afraid.

    All good so far

Smart looking piece of kit. Taking time to get the best results out of it but pleased with it so far after a week of cooking with it. Easy to clean and looks good on the kitchen worktop.
