So far my 40c eco cycle has always been 2hr40, so quicker than the 3hr58 tag/manual. It seems the machine is auto adjusting for load size which is a function I like but hadn't thought this model had when I was shopping. Worth noting the advertised low water consumption of 38L is for 5kg load on Eco. 10kg on Eco is 59L. I'm using the child lock just because the programme dial protrudes from the machine, is easy to nudge by mistake, which stops the cycle if mid-way and then you need to resume from very beginning. Installing required me to call AO as manual described fitting cover A, B & cap. I only had A. AO connected me to Beko in a three way call and was told B&cap no longer required but manual not yet had an update. Note on the packaging removal and Installation of cover A: very difficult to do alone as requires tilting the machine which is heavy. Connecting water and waste was easy part. Be sure to read the section about the detergent tray, as you adjust one component depending on liquid or powder. The 1400 spin is notably better than my old 1200. Haven't used the Home Whiz or downloadable functions yet. Have had product for a week, havn't regretted my purchase.

Brought to replace previous Beko washer that had been a great machine. New machine has an even quicker short wash, which is sufficient for most washes. Great service from ordering through to delivery and installaltion. Pros Quick wash takes full load Light in drum Easy to use Cons None to date

Fast, quiet and effective. I really like that I can do a fast wash at 30 degrees but change the spin to the maximum 1400 rpm. Delivered promptly by friendly and helpful AO team.

Only had a week but so far so good. Chose this specifically to do a 40*wash with a fast spin…and it only takes 40 minutes! I’m impressed so far as I’ve done 4 loads in one day instead of two days…only problem is drying at this time of year, so I’ve ordered a matching heat pump tumble dryer

Seems ok so far. The only down side is that the eco programme used to assess the efficiency rating takes 4:39hrs to complete. There is obvs a shorter wash available but I purchased with an eye on the rating to save money. ??

Large capacity washing machine, useful features including delayed starting, can adjust temp and spin speed. Quick wash function is useful. Installed the washing machine easily ourselves with included water inlet hose and drainage hose. I have downloaded the homewhiz app and have linked to the machine successfully and can run a programme using the app, but not sure how useful this is in practice as you still require to be within bluetooth range of the machine so you might as well just press the buttons on the machine. Have used the machine for 2 weeks so have done a few washes no problems so we'll see how it goes. Still getting used to all the functions but quite simple to just run a standard wash.

The washing machine is absolutely wonderful (and not just because my old one sounded like a cement mixer on a building site every time I used it)! But seriously, its really great to use, so so quiet so you can have it on at the most economical time (10pm-4am), and you can control it with an app on your phone! Its got a function for those times you drop that one sock so you can still add it for a certain time after, a steam option, and it just generally looks nice!
