Decided to stay with Beko as have had my previous washing machine for years with no problems. Really happy with this washing machine, can quickly see the improvements to the products over the years, looks great, its not too loud at all, and the drum size fits so much in. It does seem to alter the duration (I think it's based on the weight), but doesn't do it immediately which can be surprising the first time using it. Overall I am extremely happy with the choice so far.

Replacement for a previous Beko washing machine, looks good and washes well. However I often have to do a second spin to get water out of my clothes also periodically water remains in the conditioner slot after a wash has been completed

I went for a Beko machine after my last Beko lasted 10 years. The motor on this model failed after just 5 weeks!!!!!!! AO are insisting it should be repaired by the manufacturer despite my concerns that the same product may have other faults and in the mean time I've been without a functional washing machine for a week and counting. Time will tell how it performs when repaired, but I can't help but feel massively let down by both AO and Beko!

Worked well for the first few washes, nice and quiet, not to tricky to use, but then after nearly a week it developed a really annoying knocking sound, that seems to be coming from the drum. I’ve tried adjusting the legs, and according to my spirit level the machine is perfectly flat, but the loud knocking just won’t go away. It’s gone from being the quietest machine we’ve owned to the loudest. Beko’s customer service are on the case to arrange either an engineer to come and have a look, or a replacement through AO.

I would give this washing machine a 4.5. The washing machine itself is great, looks good, very quiet and does a good job at washing the clothes. It looses half a star because the app is not great. It is hard to connect and not very reliable. Generally, I wouldn't be bothered, but some of the cycles that I want to use, eg. Mixed load are only available on the app.

We got this after the bearings went in our Indesit washing machine. This one is bigger (went from 7kg to 10kg) but is also quieter and a higher energy rating. I love all the functions and being able to personalise the washes on my phone. The light inside is a nice touch too. It’s the first machine we’ve had with a prewash function so that is now used a lot with some stain remover (small children). The child lock function is handy because the panel is sensitive and if you’re like me and tend to accidentally brush again the panel a lot, it stops you accidentally pausing the wash etc

It is a great machine, quiet when running like the steam option and the stain expert. Only down side is That some programmes are only available via an app. Not everyone wants or can use apps.

About 90% of what you would expect; quiet when spinning, does its job well, my only criticism is the noise it makes when filling with water! Is so loud
