I went for a Beko machine after my last Beko lasted 10 years. The motor on this model failed after just 5 weeks!!!!!!! AO are insisting it should be repaired by the manufacturer despite my concerns that the same product may have other faults and in the mean time I've been without a functional washing machine for a week and counting. Time will tell how it performs when repaired, but I can't help but feel massively let down by both AO and Beko!

Nice large tub and ran reasonably quiet compared to our last washer. This machine ran fine for 5 months before it smelt like it was burning and wouldn't do the fast spin. Turned out the motor had failed. The lack of availability of the part and the poor warrantee support from Beko took over 2 weeks before AO came to the rescue. A new alternative was with us within 2 days no hassle. Thanks AO!!!

The machine leaked a lot of water out of the front of it on the second use, rendering it useless. Engineer visited (eventually after a mix up with contact details) and advised that the drum was cracked - hence the leaking water. We had to replace with another brand as a replacement machine could not be provided quickly enough.

We have used this machine a handful of times (single figures) since buying it a month ago. Now the door won't open desoite trying the "reset" advice given on the internet. Tried phoning the Beko helpline (advertised open on bank holidays) but it just rings and rings.

Not very good sometimes won’t spin.

It had a gluey substance in the drum after the test cycle. Still waiting on someone coming to look at this a week later. The eco cycle doesn't wash well at all and it's got plastic hinges on the door. Really disappointed with this.

This is a good washing machine. However, the drawer to put the detergents and stuff slides out when in use must be due to the shaking meaning that the clothes don’t get clean, spoke to AO about it and they said they’d send a new drawer which still has not arrived. Had to tape down the drawer in the meantime but doing so the clothes come out nice and clean despite the options on the machine being confusing.
