The Beko washing machine was incredibly simple to set up (I've never done anything like this before). I had one question which I couldn't Google the answer for and the Beko helpline was able to resolve my issue within minutes. By the way, the issue is that cover B and cap C are no longer included in this model of washing machine and the instructions are soon to be updated to reflect this. The washing machine runs incredible quiet and has more wash programmes than we will ever use.

Brought to replace previous Beko washer that had been a great machine. New machine has an even quicker short wash, which is sufficient for most washes. Great service from ordering through to delivery and installaltion. Pros Quick wash takes full load Light in drum Easy to use Cons None to date

Nice large tub and ran reasonably quiet compared to our last washer. This machine ran fine for 5 months before it smelt like it was burning and wouldn't do the fast spin. Turned out the motor had failed. The lack of availability of the part and the poor warrantee support from Beko took over 2 weeks before AO came to the rescue. A new alternative was with us within 2 days no hassle. Thanks AO!!!

The machine leaked a lot of water out of the front of it on the second use, rendering it useless. Engineer visited (eventually after a mix up with contact details) and advised that the drum was cracked - hence the leaking water. We had to replace with another brand as a replacement machine could not be provided quickly enough.

Great washing machine, had for a few weeks now, very quiet, 28 min cycle is fabulous to get a large quick load done. The ‘buttons’ are very sensitive so beware, having said that now we’re know it’s all good

Only had it a week or so and everything seems fine- except the spin settings...on certain programs it limits you to certain max spin speeds. Annoyingly the synthtic wash only allows a 1200rpm spin and you cant override this to get the full 1400rpm spin without running that as a seperate additional program

Good size drum and quiet wash cycles Lots of functions but instructions for use are not that clear
