Only had a week but so far so good. Chose this specifically to do a 40*wash with a fast spin…and it only takes 40 minutes! I’m impressed so far as I’ve done 4 loads in one day instead of two days…only problem is drying at this time of year, so I’ve ordered a matching heat pump tumble dryer

Very pleased with our purchase. Instructions are a little complicated, but once you get your head round them, and work out what you need to do, it's fine.

Seems ok so far. The only down side is that the eco programme used to assess the efficiency rating takes 4:39hrs to complete. There is obvs a shorter wash available but I purchased with an eye on the rating to save money. ??

Large capacity washing machine, useful features including delayed starting, can adjust temp and spin speed. Quick wash function is useful. Installed the washing machine easily ourselves with included water inlet hose and drainage hose. I have downloaded the homewhiz app and have linked to the machine successfully and can run a programme using the app, but not sure how useful this is in practice as you still require to be within bluetooth range of the machine so you might as well just press the buttons on the machine. Have used the machine for 2 weeks so have done a few washes no problems so we'll see how it goes. Still getting used to all the functions but quite simple to just run a standard wash.

The washing machine is absolutely wonderful (and not just because my old one sounded like a cement mixer on a building site every time I used it)! But seriously, its really great to use, so so quiet so you can have it on at the most economical time (10pm-4am), and you can control it with an app on your phone! Its got a function for those times you drop that one sock so you can still add it for a certain time after, a steam option, and it just generally looks nice!

Great product and well worth the money, short cycle gets the clothes cleaner than a long cycle on my old machine! Steam option is amazing and has got stains out of trainers that now look brand new. Looks modern and is so quiet I keep checking to see if it is actually on! The only point I would make is that the manuals need to be updated as we were disappointed when it first arrived after being without a washing machine for 4 weeks and waiting for the we the. Went to install it and there were parts missing and we didn’t think we would be able to use it but after contacting A.O whose customer service was great they informed us that the parts are no longer required but the manuals haven’t been updated.

Absolutely worth every penny, smart, reasonably silent, short but effective cycles (shortened even more according to load). I've basically stopped ironing because the steaming function/anti crease functions actually work. Also it's very compact given it's a 10kg washing machine, fitted in my cupboard where not machines fit.
