no problem with the service from AO. but i am seriously thinking of returning this dryer, hardly any water is collected in the door container and moisture builds up in the cupboard and on the appliance . it is advertised and sold as a built in dryer but when you complain to hoover are told it should be in a well ventilated space, waiting for a hoover engineer to see if it is faulty or useless. I have had a condensing dryer before and never had this issue. don't buy as a replacement for a failed integrated unit.

Great apart from the fact socks keep getting stuck by the filter which is a bit irritating

I must say I have had rather a lot of tumble dryers in the past but this one wins hands down , so easy to empty water tank in door , rather quiet when running and drying time is much quicker than most condensing dryers I have had in past Highly recommend this product and the Hoover washing g machine is amazing too 10/10 for this purchase

I love this tumble dryer the water is easy to empty as it's on the door.

This is perfect. We needed a slimline in depth dryer. It gives us more space in our narrow ish utility room. First time we've purchased a condenser tumble dryer, it's great. No big hose to either hang out window or open door or having to make hole through brick wall!! It's very tech but even a technophobe like me can choose which drying option I need for each different fabric. We've just moved house and thankfully now have dry clothes!!!

Fantastic, fits perfectly and it a must have for a working home. Works great with the app to know how your cloathing is drying.
