Takes ages to dry just a few clothes and may need to do repeat cycles to get anywhere like dry. Couldn’t get a simple integrated vented dryer and had to buy this over rated piece of junk.

Takes hours to dry washing, condensation in the kitchen and a second fluff filter where the plinth should be , so not a good integrated appliance I do not like this dryer at all

Awful , cheap chrome plastic coated door. Incredibly difficult programme. It takes ages to get warm. Honestly avoid !! Noisy like a car screeching around tight corner. Market is very limited for integrated dryers. So it was the only one I could use but. Dreadful product.

Heat pumps are not as quick as our old vented dryer, thats ok but takes 3 hours to dry a load. The design of this is shocking. The water container is on the door and made of brittle plastic. When you open the door or try to empty it, it falls off and smashes on the floor. It's made of very brittle plastic, it really needs to be drop proof. AO have replaced it, they were very good but not sure he e long that will last. Do yourself a favour, buy a different one, this won't last long. AO, Great. This design, SHOCKING.

Initial findings of of this device are that it’s not as efficient as are old Tumble Dryer It’s takes much longer to dry clothes We have tried various programmes on this dryer to find the most efficient one Are old appliance was C rated and would dry a load of clothes in 40 minutes

When integrated this causes the cupboards to get wet with condensation, when I spoke to Hoover they said that you need to have a 12mm gap around the appliance, this is just not possible as the kitchen doors are a standard 600mm width!! There was a clear gap bigger than 12mm at the top, bottom and back of the dryer and I really don't see this would make any difference. Takes absolutely ages to dry anything and I would not recommend this product at all. Still getting to know all the different drying options, plus side, uses a lot less energy, down side does take longer to dry things so be prepared to wait, also tends to condensate the cupboard slightly that it’s built into, hopefully this won’t be too much of a problem in time, still can’t get my head around when the machine says 1 minute to end of cycle it runs on for a further 6-8 minutes.

I thought I would try to cut my energy bill a bit, but not with this tumble dryer. It is integrated so fits in a cupboard space (600mm) I had to buy new hinges to fit the door to the cupboard side (plinth over 55mm). I have now used it 4 times, and have observed the following - The door does not seal properly and I get fluff forming on the bottom of the door and more worrying, condensation forming on the top edge of the door. This means warm hot air is escaping through the door where it also condensates on the underside of the worktop and drips, on the sides where it runs down to the floor and pools and on the plastic front control housing. It looks cool and stylish but I would not buy.
