I bought this oven after our old one, which came with our property, up and failed on us just days after our dishwasher did the same thing... Being the standard double oven fit it slotted straight in to the existing location vacated by the old oven hassle free. After the required 30 minutes run-in time it was ready to go. The next day we tried some roasting with it and the results were very good - the oven is very efficient and we're able to cook a good 10 to 20 degrees C lower than we used to on the old oven. The roast chicken breasts we cooked came out juicier and tastier than our old could ever achieve. Grilling was also faster and more efficient than our old oven. The finish on the oven is good and construction seems to be solid and comes with a separate drip tray for each oven, cleaning is simply a wipe down to remove any residue. The only tiny improvmenet I can think of would be a second wire tray for the main oven in the event you're cooking a full roast with mutiple dishes utilisating different temperatures in the top and bottom, each oven only comes with one wire tray.

I chose this oven because out of the hundreds of reviews there weren’t any bad reviews. Nice looking oven does what I expect, the only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because you only get 2 shelves, 3 would be appropriate. And you don’t get a grill pan. I’m pretty sure for other ovens in this price range you would get a grill pan and 3 shelves. Hisense, how much would it of cost you to give it 3 shelves and a grill pan, really…! I would have paid an extra few pound for goodness sake. Still I’m happy with the oven.

DO NOT BUY!!! I bought this oven January 2023 and at first it was a great oven no complaints...however within 4 months the light in the main oven stopped working, then the function & temperature markings started to rub off through accidental touch/being wiped over with just water. 11 months later and the oven is pretty much unusable due to not being able to tell what temperature you're putting the oven on. After complaining I was told it is not a manufacturer fault & sent a picture of the dials so I could "see where the markings should be" so I can keep using the oven, not useful at all for the temperature dials!!! After sending more photos I was again told it is down to misuse & not a manufacturer problem. I have never had an oven where the markings were not permanent and able to rub off easily. Too much money to lose for an oven unusable after less than a year

The product is fine. It is simple to use - which is a positive, but I wanted the pure black one, but it was faulty when it was installed. I needed an oven quickly so I went for the one with stainless steel. I could have done with another shelve and a handle for the grill. It had better features than other double ovens in the same prize bracket. So far it has been a reliable, quiet oven with even heat distribution.

We had this installed in our brand new kitchen in May, six months ago. A lot of steam comes out when the door opens; far more than I've ever seen before and it billows up over the ceiling and all around the room. We noticed the other week that it's actually ruining the new cabinets and fittings above it due to the stream that escapes. AO sent an engineer out today who said there's nothing wrong with it and it's how it's designed: The bottom oven has an exhaust pipe that goes into the top oven and that has vents at the top that to release it, explaining why we also get condensation. The extractor in the bottom oven gets rid of some of the steam but not all of it so when you open the oven door it all comes billowing out. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN. We decided to go for a cheaper oven but I wish we'd found the money for a better one now; if the kitchen is already being ruined after six months, what state will the oven leave it in in six years? Buy cheap, buy twice. Spend more money on something that is better designed and won't ruin your kitchen. Be plus side, it does cook things ok though.

Can’t fault Hisense, had never heard of it until I moved into our latest house where there was an Hisense induction hob & tv… I’ve also had expensive ovens twice the price of this one but you end up not using the functions available. This oven saved me money, the quality is great & it works as well as others twice the price. Very decent but standard oven. All that’s required….

Absolutely thrilled with the new oven . Works superbly and it looks so modern and sleek . Made a huge difference to my kitchen . Delivery was great and they really helped me out .

I was unfortunate enough to pull the handle down on the main oven of the old cooker which then. Fell off and being 15 years old at least I bought a new one from Ao. Com. This was easy to fit and set up the cooker was a hisens and is now sitting pretty in my kitchen. Thanks again for the brilliant service Mr Arthur Sutton
