Fits perfectly and works as expected. Customer service of ao far exceeded my expectations!

I like Indesit products anyway but this has so many more features than my last machine. It was easy to install and it’s nice and quiet.

I had an Indesit for 13 years prior to ordering this one . Its really good quite quiet , if there has to be a downside its there is no clock telling you how long is left on wash time. The delivery date came and went ? However I did contact AO and they were brilliant they didnt know why I never received it, a new date was set and it did arrive and was fitted.

So easy to use - replacing my Bosch washing machine which i have had for 20 years. Great!!

Wish there was the option for a higher heat on a short cycle but otherwise like the machine. Easy to use and quiet. Good machine for the price

Love my new machine. Not too keen about some of the programmes need or recommend liquid detergent. Much quieter than my previous indesit machine. So I am really happy with it.

Could not have asked for better service. Had text updates and the guys on the van contacted just beforehand and check my delivery address. Both were very polite, courtesy and wearing face coverings inside my home following rules due to Covid-19. AO was suggested to me by a friend and I was not disappointed when I urgently needed a replacement washing machine. After having the machine plumbed in by a friend I am more than happy with my choice of machine. I went for an Indesit model again as my last one served me well until it needed a new motor. Easy to operate machine, options of wash times and very quiet whilst spinning.
