Disappointed. Machine has too many programme options yet one of the most used is missing. There is no 60 degree short wash option. The shortest 60 degree wash takes 2:10 hours! Not very economical. Towels and bed linen do not come out well from a 40 degree wash. Machine is noisy even behind cupboard door. Will try a different powder to see if results improve but t moment regret this choice.

Sorry but not good. Machine stared leaking after nearly 7 months and then developed a terrible mechanical squeak when washing / spinning. Had two engineers visits which solved neither problem. AO were great and helped me by convincing Indesit to take the machine back and I received a credit for the full cost of the machine. I used the credit plus extra cash to purchase a Bosch washing machine (my first one). Twice the price but seems like a different level of machine. Plus has a 5 year warranty. I’m sure plenty of people will say they like their Indesit machine but mine was not a good experience.

Not very happy with this appliance. Very noisy and difficult to keep level even when nearly empty. We had to secure it with foam wedges to stop it rattling about

No problem about the washing machine. AO didn't include the fitting need to fix the door onto the intergrated washer. They've left it with me to sort out with indesit. Not great customer service.

Bought this to replace our previous Indesit washing machine, disappointed that the only 60 degree cycles are about three hours long. Need to use this for washing sheets.

No time display so when you select a cycle you don’t know how long it will take. Have to keep the manual handy and check. Also no 60 quick wash which I didn’t realise when I bought it. Is something a need with a small child so I’m disappointed and will be looking to get something else as soon as possible. Would use AO again though due to the fast service.

Seems okay so far, couple of weeks in. Feels like it holds a little less than our last machine of the same size and is a little noisier. Lots of different programs to choose from. Easy to use.

Let’s face it, it’s a cheap machine. It’s ok, does the job but not marvellous. Lack of really high temperature washes is annoying. Instructions and list of programmes is rubbish. I’ve got it now, but wouldn’t really recommend, and only bought it because it was cheap and in stock.
