Great product, very quiet running.

Samsung Air Cooling system is tested and proven by years. I think it is necessary and extremely effective addition to classical freezer and fridge. Constant circulation of cool air dramatically reduce time necessary to cooldown the internal environment inside the fridge. It also help to maintain same temperature inside it and at all level. This reduce the time of compressor activity necessary to maintain cool environment. The only downside is additional noise from fan and airflow. However it managed at lower level and do not affect an environment in the kitchen or creat nuisance additional noises which may disturb and annoy. Benefits of airflow is very palpable. The food stays fresh longer and there are no dead spots or warm top. Using Samsung for years with great results and comfort.

Fits the same recess as our old fridge-freezer but with much more space in both the sections! Seems to be deeper and with thinner walls. Quiet, good layout and the door alarm is an added bonus. Spent an inordinate amount of time researching integrated fridge-freezer replacements but so glad to have paid a bit more to get this one - very happy.

This fridge freezer seems fine. You can control the temperature for the freezer and fridge separately, and it also lets you know when the door has been open too long. I was considering getting a 60-40 instead of 70-30 this time around as I found our old freezer didn't have quite enough space. Unfortunately our kitchen doors are 70-30 so I'm stuck with it! However I must say the freezer space seem ample so far for the food we tend to keep in the freezer. They don't seem to go back as far into the fridge, but they are deeper. i like the ice cube tray as it is a perfect size for freezing two layers of chicken/fish making it easy to access. The shelves in the fridge door allow more flexibility than most fridges I've had in terms of height. Older reviews complain that it could do with an additional shelf, but I think they've added this now, as our version has 4 shelves. Only downside is that one of the fridge door shelves was cracked with pieces missing, and I raised it with Ao.com 5 days ago but not had a response as yet.

The fridge is very bright which is a plus but it’s overall space is very poor! The door shelves are too close together so you can get standard size milk cartons in and out easily, so I’ve had to remove 2 of the shelves, also the glass shelves in the main fridge can only be adjusted a certain height so again if you have any large bottles/cartons (or a Brita filter) these won’t fit on the top shelf unless you fully remove it!!

Great fridge freezer! More space than our previous 70/30 Miele integrated unit - seems pretty much the same on electricity so far as well! Spot on installation service from the AO people as well - done and old unit removed in 45 minutes with a hinge reversal included!

Freezer draw rails have worn through and you can see the insulation foam after less then two years of light use, Samsung have not bothered in coming out to inspect the freezer but are happy to blame me and my wife and are accusing us of damaging the product even though the product is of poor quality and not fit for purpose, as a long loyal Samsung customer I am disgusted with there customer care and will never buy one of there products again.
