Freezer draw rails have worn through and you can see the insulation foam after less then two years of light use, Samsung have not bothered in coming out to inspect the freezer but are happy to blame me and my wife and are accusing us of damaging the product even though the product is of poor quality and not fit for purpose, as a long loyal Samsung customer I am disgusted with there customer care and will never buy one of there products again. I Brought this samsung fridge freezer after reading reveiws on ao website, i was looking for a fridge that runs quiet having lookd at the reveiw on ao a lot of them said this samsung model was quiet,I also veiwed youtube reveiwer on behalf of ao who remark it was so quiet they couldant tell if it was on, this certainly not true with my fridge you can hear the the motor running all the time having spoken to both samsung and ao sevral times both have not been able to adrees my issues althought ao have kindly offerd my mony back or a exchange. 1 have asked them to recomend a replacement that doesant have a fan noise issue running all the time they have not been able to do so so it looks like i am going to be stuck with a frige that i am not happy with

Freezer temp (by thermometer) is much higher than the setting on the panel.

We purchased this fridge freezer to replace a brand new unit from another manufacture that was faulty from day one. The fridge freezer does all it says and expected of it but a couple of issues have come to light. The spacing of the door trays means that you cannot put a standard bottle of wine in the bottom rack without lifting the next rack up so, in essence, you lose a rack. With the unit fitted in a tall cupboard the door will open to 90 degrees but it needs to go further to get the vegetable drawer out for cleaning. There are only two relatively small drawers in the freezer section and an open tray so the freezing action is limited. I'm sorry, but for the price I would have expected better, not impressed by the website when trying to get complaints logged and rectified.

It has an awkward layout if you need tall items like milk, wine bottles and water bottles. There are few options to change shelf height and location. The fan is loud and rarely stops running. The top shelf in the freezer is great.

The fridge is very bright which is a plus but it’s overall space is very poor! The door shelves are too close together so you can get standard size milk cartons in and out easily, so I’ve had to remove 2 of the shelves, also the glass shelves in the main fridge can only be adjusted a certain height so again if you have any large bottles/cartons (or a Brita filter) these won’t fit on the top shelf unless you fully remove it!!

Just what we needed. Good use of space in both fridge and freezer. Nice bright interior.

A very good fridge freezer. The only slight negative is the fridge door compartments. We cannot get many tall items in the door compartments
