Great product- room for everything we need - easy to fit. I went for another Samsung as had the last one over 15 years!

Despite being the same size, it feels smaller (inside) than our previous appliance but, wow, does this get things cold, and quickly. Shows how inefficiently our old one must've been working after 17 years' service. Frost-free freezer is ace and long overdue for us. Four stars just for the size issue (feels like a bit of a squeeze to get the same volume of food in).

keeps things cold, freezer section keeps things frozen. Great stuff. You might want to try one out as the moans about the door shelfs are true but doesn't bother me, its a fridge!

I Brought this samsung fridge freezer after reading reveiws on ao website, i was looking for a fridge that runs quiet having lookd at the reveiw on ao a lot of them said this samsung model was quiet,I also veiwed youtube reveiwer on behalf of ao who remark it was so quiet they couldant tell if it was on, this certainly not true with my fridge you can hear the the motor running all the time having spoken to both samsung and ao sevral times both have not been able to adrees my issues althought ao have kindly offerd my mony back or a exchange. 1 have asked them to recomend a replacement that doesant have a fan noise issue running all the time they have not been able to do so so it looks like i am going to be stuck with a frige that i am not happy with

This is an excellent product. Cools the contents of the fridge well even in the lowest setting. Doesn't form any unwanted ice or frost.

Very pleased with this fridge freezer. Is spacious and doesn't ice up at the back as my previous one did. Also is frost free. Shelves are sturdy with a choice to move them around. So glad I changed to this one
