It has an awkward layout if you need tall items like milk, wine bottles and water bottles. There are few options to change shelf height and location. The fan is loud and rarely stops running. The top shelf in the freezer is great.

Overall very pleased with the fridge freezer. Not tried fitting the doors yet as being made, and this will probably make it almost silent. Freezer space seemed tiny, but actually holds quite a lot.

I like it, it does hum a little...but in a good way!

This Samsung appliance is extremely quiet and bright inside. No frost and works well; in fact I am pleased that the old appliance broke to buy this!

Excellent product, am so pleased with the quality and performance of this fridge/freezer. Delivery and fitting second to none.

Pros: Easy to use controls, quiet, plenty of room and well lit interior. I particularly like the little shelf for ice cubes etc. at the top of the freezer. No more spilt ice cubes across the floor as happened with my previous model. Cons: None from a consumer's point of view but the kitchen fitter said the installation instructions were poor.

Having now lived with this for four weeks, I am very happy. I installed it myself (changed the hinge side and fitted the sliders for the integrated door bit; took me an hour - easy peasy). It is near silent in operation and the fan keeps the whole fridge part cool - none of those warmer spots on the top shelf. Very thoughtful interior design, except the door 'pockets' which, to my mind are not variable enough - but that is being really picky. Its good, and, a good price too, imo.
