Eco program and fast program does not clean well. Especially cups stacked in the corners. Drying is not good.

Good machine with lots of programmes. Only issue if the machine needs a larger depth than specified so our integrated door does stick out a little compared to the others! However this was the smallest machine I could find for the depth. I would say it would need to have extra programmes for a quick wash but for a full load. The rapid wash, as per the book, says it can only have 3.5kg of laundry. The rest of the programmes are too long. When it is on the 1400 rpm spin, it is very noisy and causes everything in my cupboards to shake and vibrate.

I was happy with this machine until it broke down and stopped spinning less than 6 months after I bought it. The parts apparently had to come from Hoover and this took 8 days. The engineers then told me that I couldn't get an engineer for more than a further 2 weeks. I found this such a poor service and ridiculous to have no washing machine for almost 4 weeks.

Terrible machine, first one the drum was banging. Spent hours on phone trying to get a replacement. Second machine came, slightly better but no matter what adjustments were made, the machine would walk itself out, even thought it was level. I know noise levels are subjective but this has to be the loudest machine I've owned. Sounds like a jet engine in full spin and a horrible metal screaching noise at lower spins. Noticed how there are only good reviews on here, I wonder why!? This machine is going back for a full refund!

Machine arrived on day and time specified and old machine taken away cannot fault AO service. Washer is quiet and does a great job with many options of time and spin speeds. Only down side is it doesn't remember past programs so you have to reset it each time you use it, only a minor point but annoying.

Great delivery service & it was so easy to install. I love the fast washers of either, 14, 33, 44 minutes which means I can throw my gym gear in & haven't washed & dry for the next day! Or wash a smaller load instead of waiting for a build up.

Great from a.o from start to delivery,and was kept updated all the way,inc a call from the manager.And of day of delivery was called by delivery team.on point would highly recommend,was so refeshing as it was all handled so professionally and I will use a.o again.as for the machine it's been absolutely great more efficient smaller as built in,but bigger load capacity,more time programmes ,I really like the 14 min wash for items that need a quick clean not a 45 minute programme great. And still a super spin 1400 and you can adjust that also.very happy.

It is in the lower price range, so really didn’t know what to expect. It has a large door which makes loading really easy & washing programmes which include all the usual, plus handwash, wool and a rapid wash with stain level choice. My clothes have never been so clean! It also has an option to delay the start of your wash for up to 24hrs. It is quiet, even when spinning at 1400. Great buy, very happy!
