Where had this washer since November everything this was fine to start with lovely and quite then the washing machine started make a constant humming/droning noise all the time when it was running. We are unable to use the washer at night due to noise and it gets very annoying. We reported this and a repair technician came and said this model of washer has the pump running continuously for most of the cycle and nothing could be done it’s how it is. It’s not fit for purpose and Baumatic dont want to know as no fault found.

I was happy with this machine until it broke down and stopped spinning less than 6 months after I bought it. The parts apparently had to come from Hoover and this took 8 days. The engineers then told me that I couldn't get an engineer for more than a further 2 weeks. I found this such a poor service and ridiculous to have no washing machine for almost 4 weeks.

I don’t like the fact that I had to pay more for an integrated washing machine when I could’ve had a free standing one installed. The guys that install these machine don’t seem experienced and so don’t exactly know what they’re doing. Also I was constantly disturbed whilst trying to work from home and at one point he asked me to go get his colleague who was in the van on his phone!

I absolutely not recommend this washing machine. My landlord ordered this one to replace the old one and is faulty. The drum is banging while spinning. Looks like it's loose. Not happy about it at all.

Terrible machine, first one the drum was banging. Spent hours on phone trying to get a replacement. Second machine came, slightly better but no matter what adjustments were made, the machine would walk itself out, even thought it was level. I know noise levels are subjective but this has to be the loudest machine I've owned. Sounds like a jet engine in full spin and a horrible metal screaching noise at lower spins. Noticed how there are only good reviews on here, I wonder why!? This machine is going back for a full refund!

Washing machine main circuit board went up in smoke on 2nd day after I got it. Took far to long to get it replaced with a new one.

Got machine delivered last Sunday which was great and they took old one away but when it tried the 14 30 44 minute wash it didn't work phoned so they put me into an engineer she said it was automatic function so tried 2 more different loads and it never went past 14 mins

Fine to fill a short term gap, but being the cheapest you can buy, you get what you pay for…. It works, although functionality isn’t very flexible. However, it is NOISY! If you will put it in a utility or garage, no problem. If you never wash overnight or while you’re in the house, go for it. But, otherwise be aware that the high pitched whine and high volume drone of this thing will make you want to wear dirty clothes…
